Woodpeckers Bed & Breakfast - Home

Sue and Brian welcome you to Woodpeckers family run Bed and Breakfast, offering you luxury accommodation with the guarantee of a home from home atmosphere in a wonderfully relaxing rural location.  Most of our accommodation is separate from the house, in an annexe in our grounds, giving you a great deal of privacy during your stay.  We have Wi-Fi internet access, and our rooms have tea & coffee making facilities. Our accommodation is arranged as follows:

Woodpeckers - accommodates 2 + 1
Woodpeckers is a suite of three rooms in an annexe in our grounds, with luxury accommodation comprising a double bedroom, a living area with comfortable leather seating, TV & DVD, and a bathroom with both shower and bath.  We can easily accommodate a third person by setting up an extra bed in the spacious lounge.  The lounge leads out onto a small patio where you can barbecue on summer evenings.
Green Woodpeckers - sleeps 2
Green Woodpeckers is also in the annexe and is similar in layout and quality to Woodpeckers, but has a slightly smaller lounge.
Woodpeckers Orchard - sleeps 2
This is a superb en-suite double room in the Farmhouse, with lovely orchard views.
Woodpeckers Views - sleeps 2
As the name suggests, this nice double bedroom in the Farmhouse has fantastic far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside.  Separate Bathroom.

Breakfast and Dinner
Breakfast is served in the Farmhouse dining room.  We offer a full breakfast menu featuring many home cooked and locally sourced items, including free range eggs from our own chickens, pork from a local farm and home made preserves.  To see our breakfast menu click here.  An evening meal menu is also available if required.  We are happy to cater for special diets.

Local activities and places of interest
There is a network of footpaths that can be accessed from just outside the property, leading to local villages and pub/restaurants, and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.  Click here for more details.
